Hello!  Welcome to my music classroom's web site.  I hope that the information I present to you gives a little insight into the many activities that occur once a week in my classroom.

My name is Stephanie Williams.  I was born and raised in Newport, attending Newport Grammar School and Cocke County High School.  I have participated in music activities throughout my entire life.  I have always sang in school and church choirs, and I took piano lessons during my childhood as well.  Upon entering college, I decided that music education was the career path for me.  I attended and graduated from Walters State Community College with an Associate of Science degree and East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Music degree.  My concentration is in Vocal Performance and K-12 Music Education.

Currently, I reside in the Cosby area with my husband, Tim, and our daughter, Carly.  Outside of my career, my family is my life.  I teach at three elementary schools - Parrottsville, Del Rio, and Northwest.  I love listening to children sing and watching them participate in all of the outlets music has to offer.
