As an NJROTC Cadet, you are required to know every member of the Chain of Command (COC). It is part of being a citizen of our country – knowing who the leaders are. During weekly inspections, competitions, and the Annual Inspection, you will be questioned on the COC. You will be graded on your knowledge. Shown below is the proper method of responding to these questions. "Cadet, who is the Chief of Naval Operations?"
"Cadet, who is the senior advisor to the President on military affairs?"
