Hours for students : 8:30 am - 3:15 pm. By extending the school day fifteen (15) minutes, Cocke County Schools are "building in" five (5) days that can be used in the event of inclement weather and schools are closed. If more than five (5) days are missed the proposal below will become effective:

Proposal to make up days missed in the 2012-2013 school year is as follows:

If days are missed prior to January 21, 2013, then January 21st may be used as a make-up day.

Any additional days will be added to the end of the school year. These last days could be reduced by extending the school day if approved by the Cocke County Board of Education at that time.
